If you work with young people aged 13 to 25, please help us spread the word and signpost them to the Ensemble Holiday Café in Miles Platting this summer.
From Monday 17 August to Friday 28 August, the Holiday Café will provide a safe, welcoming and positive space where young people can make their holidays useful while meeting new people and gaining practical skills.
Participants will have access to:
- Food Hygiene certification
- Participation pathway training
- Hands on café work experience
- CV and interview preparation
- Opportunities to meet employers
- Teamwork and employability skills development
- Confidence building and meaningful community activities
The programme is particularly valuable for young people who would benefit from a structured environment and a pathway towards volunteering, training or employment.
Youth workers, schools, social workers, community organisations, housing providers, parents and other professionals working with young people are encouraged to refer and signpost young people to us.
